Shipping Policy:

  • For larger orders, we offer free worldwide shipping. For all other orders, including VAT and associated fees, the buyer is responsible for the costs.
  • A tracking number is provided with each order via the Austrian Post Office.
  • Combining orders helps reduce shipping costs and our environmental impact.
  • We normally ship 2–3 times a week to ensure prompt processing of orders.
  • The buyer is responsible for monitoring the tracking status and ensuring successful delivery.
  • In the event a package is returned to us, only the cost of the product will be refunded, not the shipping fees.
  • If a package needs to be reshipped, the buyer must cover the full shipping cost.
  • We reserve the right to ship without providing a tracking number or to delay shipping without explanation.
  • We are not liable for any damages or losses that occur during shipping. Once the package leaves our premises, the buyer assumes all risk.
