FURTHER INFORMATION

1. PROCESSING TIME We ship orders 1-2 times a week to ensure prompt processing. Every order includes a tracking number.

2. CUSTOMS & TAXES (Non-EU) For orders outside the European Union, the buyer is responsible for any applicable import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees charged by the destination country.

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS We accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was sent in error).

Process: Please contact us before returning an item. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received (e.g., sealed).

4. GRADING & CONDITION (Goldmine Standard) We grade our records strictly visually according to the Goldmine Standard, so you know exactly what you are getting.

Cases: Jewel Cases (CD/MC) are considered consumable items. Cracks or scuffs on replaceable plastic cases are not considered a defect.

5. PACKAGING PROMISE We use professional record mailers and stiffeners to ensure safe transit. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please send us photos immediately so we can file a claim with the postal service.
