For bigger orders, we're pleased to offer free worldwide shipping. For all other orders, including any applicable VAT or other associated fees, they remain the responsibility of the buyer.
**Additional Shipping Information:**
- We provide a tracking number for every order sent via the Austrian Post Office.
- Ordering multiple records in one shipment not only saves on costs but also helps reduce our environmental impact.
- We ship 2-3 times a week to ensure your orders are processed promptly.
2. **Returns**
We accept returns within 30 days of the item's arrival. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. **Condition of Items**
We strive to accurately describe the condition of our items. Please note that we do not play test all our records; they are graded visually. For CDs and DVDs, jewel cases and plastic cases are included but not graded unless otherwise stated.
In the rare event that an item does not meet the described condition, please contact us within the 30-day return window.
4. **Packaging**
We take utmost care in packaging items for safe transit. If an item arrives damaged due to mishandling during shipping, please provide clear photographs of the packaging and item so we can assist with the claims process.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their orders via the tracking provided by the postal service to ensure they arrive as expected. We kindly ask that you regularly check the status of your orders. If no delivery has been made but the package has not been returned, it is advisable to visit your nearest post office and inquire about the package's location. Often, undeliverable packages are held at the closest post office. If a package is returned to us, we can only refund the cost of the product itself, not the shipping fees. Should the customer wish for the package to be resent, the full shipping cost must be covered by them.
