Endless Wire

Endless Wire is the eleventh studio album by The Who, released 24 years after their previous album, It's Hard (1982). The album showcases a mix of rock and acoustic styles, with a conceptual "mini-opera" titled "Wire & Glass" in the second half. It's a blend of reflective themes, including aging, personal experiences, and societal observations, while still retaining The Who's signature energy.

Produced by Pete Townshend and featuring Roger Daltrey on lead vocals, the album highlights the enduring partnership between the two. Townshend's songwriting remains central, and much of the album was recorded at his home studio.
